Scratch MFG

Original Cut-and-Sew from the Underground
Born in 1995,Rule of Next was never built to follow. What started as a quiet storefront for those tuned into the signal has grown into a multi-brand platform — part independent label, part cultural filter.
We carry mass. Nike. Ksubi. Billionaire Boys Club. But we also build original from the underground.
Scratch MFG is our response unit — built to move with the signal, not the season. From the basement of Rule of Next comes PRVT LBL — our in-house cut-and-sew line. Each piece built from raw cloth and lived experience. No middlemen. No gloss. Just original streetwear stitched with intent.
And we don’t move alone. Through Scratch MFG, we’re bringing in other unseen names from the underground — VAMPSTR, Elohim, and more — brands still making clothes with edge, clarity, and purpose. Together, they form a living network of makers responding to the signal in real time, not the season.
Our roots run deep in underground fashion. No paid hype. No figureheads. Just design driven by intuition and lived culture. We move faster because we listen closer — catching underground street style signals before they’re diluted by the mainstream. Where other streetwear brands stall, we respond.
We believe in slow fashion with sharp edges — vintage-inspired streetwear that cuts through cycles and lasts beyond seasons. These aren’t trend pieces.
Some pieces speak louder with time. That’s why we let the work lead. T-shirts, denim, knits, belts, and more — all crafted under the eye of those who never stopped tinkering, sampling, sketching, and rebuilding from the ground up.
Originals from the underground — built for those still tuned in.
